Responsible Gambling
Responsible Gambling
Version 1.0
Effective from July 21st, 2025
We are a fully licensed online betting service. Part of that licence is making sure players are protected, treated fairly, and have clear tools to stay in control when gambling on Kizzy. Even if it weren’t required, we’d still do it, because long‑term customers are the ones who play for fun, not out of need.
If you think, even a little, that you may struggle to gamble responsibly, talk to us. We can help.
What is responsible gambling?
Gambling is responsible when it remains a leisure activity - fun, occasional, affordable - and does not create financial, emotional, or social harm.
Quick self‑check: Do I have a problem?
Ask yourself:
Do you skip work, school or important plans to gamble?
Do you gamble to escape boredom, stress or unhappiness?
Do you chase losses or feel desperate to win money back immediately?
Do you gamble until the very last cent, even if it’s needed for essentials?
Have you lied to friends or family about time or money spent gambling?
Have people around you criticised your gambling?
Have you borrowed, stolen or sold things to fund gambling or pay debts?
Are you unwilling to spend your “gambling money” on anything else?
Have you lost interest in family, friends, hobbies?
Do arguments, frustration or disappointment trigger more gambling?
Have you felt depressed or suicidal because of gambling?
If you answered “yes” to any, take a free, contact GamblersAnonymous.
How Kizzy can help
Email [email protected]. Options include:
Self-exclusion (accessible in-App): Request a block inside your account or by email. We’ll lock you out for a chosen period of time. It cannot be reversed early. Creating new accounts during exclusion is prohibited and may lead to a permanent ban.
Staff-imposed exclusion: Talk to us; if we see harmful patterns, we can lock the account for you.
Limits: Loss and Deposit limits. Tell us what cap (e.g. “$10 USD/week”) and we’ll apply it.
Cooling-off breaks. Take short timeouts if you just need a pause.
Tips to stay in control
Set a deposit or loss limit that fits your real disposable income.
Never chase losses. Treat each session as paid entertainment, not income.
Set a time limit and stick to it. Gambling shouldn’t replace other hobbies.
Avoid gambling when stressed, tired, drunk, high, or on meds that affect judgment.
Take regular breaks. If you can’t focus, stop.
Keep one account only - multiple accounts make it harder to track spend and time.
Protecting minors and young people
Kizzy is 18+ ONLY. Help us keep minors out:
Don’t share your login or leave devices unlocked.
Avoid saving passwords or enabling auto‑fill.
Consider parental controls / site filters.
Talk openly with teens about why underage gambling is illegal and risky.
Limit unsupervised screen time where possible.
